All characters appear in the starting location in TOP No-Grade equipment

Each character receives starting capital for progress: 50,000 Adena, 25 MP/HP potions, Scroll of Escape (Giran) and 10 Scroll of Escape

All characters can have 2-hour buff from start

Reworked: respawn / characteristics / number of monsters for the Java platform in the main locations

All cloaks give the default stats but Cloak Enchantment is available for all cloaks and gives additional characteristics to the owner when enchanting.
